TERMS OF SERVICE — Flight Mode (מצב טיסה)
Welcome to Flight Mode ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Yuval Siti. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Flight Mode is a mobile application designed to help users reduce screen time and train focus through short daily missions, a progression system (levels, XP, streaks), a personal journal, and reminders. The App offers a free tier as well as a paid "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts and Sign-In
You may use the App as a guest (data stored locally) or sign in with Apple or Google. When you sign in, your progress is backed up to our cloud servers so it can be restored across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- The App offers an auto-renewing annual "Pro" subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
- Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region.
- Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
5. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
7. User Content
Your journal and any text you enter remain yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited right to store and sync that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose other than operating the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, text, and software in the App (other than your user content) are owned by Yuval Siti and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely. The App is intended for personal wellness and focus and is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuval Siti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data using the "Delete user" option inside the App.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

PRIVACY POLICY — Flight Mode (מצב טיסה)
This Privacy Policy explains how Flight Mode ("the App," "we"), operated by Yuval Siti, collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how data is handled.
1. Information We Collect
a. Account Information
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique account identifier and, where you permit it, your email address. We do not receive or store passwords. When signing in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email, in which case we receive a private relay address.
b. Progress and Usage Data
We collect and store data you generate inside the App, including: your level, XP, daily streak, completed missions, personal journal entries, mission history, and reminder settings.
c. Purchase Information
When you purchase a Pro subscription, our subscriptions provider (RevenueCat) processes transaction information (such as product ID, purchase status, and renewal). The actual payment is processed by Apple — we do not receive or store your credit card or payment details.
d. Technical Data
Basic technical information necessary for the App to function (such as device-level identifiers used by Apple and our service providers). We do not run third-party advertising or marketing tracking tools.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App.
- To save your progress and sync it across your devices.
- To manage your Pro subscription and entitlements.
- To send local reminder notifications (only if you enable them).
- To improve the App and fix technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use your journal or personal content for advertising.
3. Local Notifications
The App can send local reminder notifications (daily mission reminder and streak warning) scheduled on your device. These are sent only with your permission and can be turned off at any time in device or App settings. We do not use remote push notifications.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App:
- Supabase — secure cloud database used to store and sync your progress data.
- RevenueCat — manages and verifies subscription purchases.
- Apple / Google — used for sign-in authentication, and (for Apple) for payment processing.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on your device and backed up to secure cloud servers (Supabase) protected by encryption and row-level access controls that scope each user's data so it can only be accessed through that user's authenticated account. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete all of your data at any time using the "Delete user" option in the profile settings inside the App. This permanently removes your data from both the device and our cloud servers. Guest data (when not signed in) is stored only on your device.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. You may exercise the right of deletion directly inside the App, or contact us for other requests at the email below.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Users
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfer in accordance with this policy.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

1. תיאור השירות
"מצב טיסה" היא אפליקציה לנייד שנועדה לעזור למשתמשים להפחית זמן מסך ולאמן ריכוז באמצעות משימות יומיות קצרות, מערכת התקדמות (רמות, נקודות XP, רצפים), יומן אישי ותזכורות. האפליקציה מציעה שכבה חינמית וכן מנוי "Pro" בתשלום הפותח תוכן נוסף.
2. כשירות
עליך להיות בן 13 לפחות כדי להשתמש באפליקציה. בשימושך באפליקציה אתה מצהיר כי אתה עומד בדרישה זו וכי המידע שאתה מספק מדויק.
3. חשבונות והתחברות
באפשרותך להשתמש באפליקציה כאורח (נתונים נשמרים מקומית) או להתחבר באמצעות Apple או Google. בעת ההתחברות, ההתקדמות שלך מגובה לשרתי הענן שלנו כדי שניתן יהיה לשחזרה בין מכשירים. אתה אחראי לשמירה על אבטחת חשבונך ועל כל פעילות המתבצעת תחתיו.
4. מנויים ותשלומים

היומן וכל טקסט שתזין נשארים בבעלותך. בשימושך באפליקציה, אתה מעניק לנו זכות מוגבלת לאחסן ולסנכרן תוכן זה אך ורק לצורך אספקת השירות עבורך. איננו טוענים לבעלות על התוכן שלך ואיננו משתמשים בו לכל מטרה מלבד הפעלת האפליקציה.
8. קניין רוחני
כל התוכן, העיצוב, הגרפיקה, הטקסט והתוכנה באפליקציה (למעט תוכן המשתמש שלך) הם בבעלות יובל סיטי ומוגנים על פי דיני הקניין הרוחני החלים. אינך רשאי להשתמש בסימני המסחר או בתוכן שלנו ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.
9. הסרת אחריות

10. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, יובל סיטי לא יישא באחריות לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי, מיוחד, תוצאתי או עונשי, או לכל אובדן נתונים, רווחים או הכנסות, הנובעים משימושך או מאי-יכולתך להשתמש באפליקציה.
11. סיום
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים את גישתך לאפליקציה בכל עת אם תפר תנאים אלה. באפשרותך להפסיק להשתמש באפליקציה בכל עת ולמחוק את הנתונים שלך באמצעות אפשרות "מחיקת משתמש" בתוך האפליקציה.
12. שינויים בתנאים אלה
אנו רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים ישתקפו בעדכון תאריך "עודכן לאחרונה". המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר השינויים מהווה הסכמה.
13. דין חל

5. אחסון ואבטחת נתונים
